Edelman & Associates is an executive search and technical recruiting firm. Our specialty is finding talented professionals in engineering, sales, marketing, and management for software, biotech, and other high technology companies. Most of our client companies are based in the Boston area. We assist them in filling key positions in key cities across the country and around the world.
The founder of Edelman & Associates is Paul Edelman. A graduate of MIT (BS '78) and Harvard (PhD '83), Paul has substantial experience in staffing, developing, and investing in startup companies. During AT&T's divestiture, he served as an Organizational Consultant and as Operations Manager for the startup of AT&T Solutions Customer Care (American Transtech), which was later acquired by Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG). Paul also served as Vice President of Staff & Organization Development for MicroE Systems, a precision motion control company acquired by GSI Lumonics (NasdaqNM:GSLI).
Paul is a member of the Hub Angels Investment Group and is active in a variety of groups associated with MIT.
Paul actively conducts all searches for Edelman & Associates clients. He is assisted by a small staff equipped with the latest in electronic research and recruiting tools. Paul draws on his extensive contact network, entrepreneurial experience, and technical knowledge to identify top performers for a broad range of assignments.
